On the basis of the experimental research on 23 dogs the substantiation of positive action of the intratissue electrophonophoresis of the heparin, nicotine acid and novocain, which causes induction of the enzymatic fibrinolysis is given. The new conservative treatment methods of the sharp thrombophlebitis and flebotrombosis of the legs are developed and introduced into practice. At realization of the analysis of the clinical-laboratory and physical parameters the comparative characteristic of the offered and standard methods of treatment is given.
