Manufacturing of thin sheets by the method of double rolling.. Determination of process parameters in the manufacture of thin sheets by the method of double rolling. Mathematical modeling, experimental researching on laboratory and industrial equipment are research methods. Mathematical models of the process parameters have been proposed and corrected. An algorithm for calculation of working regimes for the continuous sheet rolling mills has been developed on the basis of these models. Optimum partial percentage reductions and relative tensions per unit area in cold rerolling of thin sheets have been established. Rational working regimes in cold rerolling sheets have been elaborated and introduced into practice. Metallurgical works are the scope of application.
