Gyul'mamedova I. Prophylaxis and treatment of complications in the course of pregnancy and delivery after in-vitro fertilization

Thesis for scientific degree of candidate of medical sciences in speciality 14.01.01 - Obstetrics and Gynecology/ - The Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology AMS of Ukraine, Kyiv, 1999. The work is devoted to the prophylaxis and treatment of complications in the course of pregnancy and delivery after in-vitro fertilization (IVF). The psychological status, hormonal equilibrate, peculiarities of the course and outcomes of pregnancies were studied. The level of steroid hormones by different methods of labor management were analyzed. For the first time the fetal fibronectin test was used for the diagnostics of preterm labor after IVF. The algorithm of labor management in dependence of the test results was worked out. The psychological status of infertile women on the stage of IVF treatment and in the course of pregnancy was analyzed. The principles of differential psychocorrection were worked out. On the basis of received results the complex scheme of labor management was proposed and introd uced, that was make it possible to normalize hormonal equilibrate, the psychological status, decrease the quantity of natural abortions up to 31,3% preterm labor - 29,6%, chronic intranterine hypoxia - 16,3%.
