Marchenko A. Portrait-osteologic identification of a person using tele- videocomputer devices of investigation.

Dissertation is devoted to the development and testing of the up-to-date tele- videocomputer devices of identification of a person by a scull and a life-time photoportrait. Rational ways for preparation of the objecs of investigation for identification of a person - improvement of the quality of a portrait, use of special methods of reconstruction of scull bones have been determined. It is offered to apply one of two methods for identification: using of the method of telesuperprojection on UAR-2 device connected with a personal computer or the method of videosuperprojection of images using special software. The technique of the coincidence of images on UAR-2 has been established both with portrait and with computer contour picture of a face. For realization of the method of videosuperprojection of images special software has been created for personal compuer "Pentium". Objective methods for the control of superprojection quality and determination of the reliability of identification of a person havebee n tested.
