Essay

The manuscript, which contains the results of decimeter-wave therapy medicinal effect in patients with sluggish rheumatism, is defended. Clinic-immunological and immunogenetic peculiarities of rheumatic patients who have had different quantity of rheumatic attacks are examined. It resulted in developing a new method of treatment to these patients restoration by means of including decimeter-wave therapy into complex treatment. The positive treatment influence on the disease clinic manifestation is conditioned by the immunomodulating effect of the procedure (decrease of immunity T-link deficit and disbalance inthe ratio of regulatory subpopulations of T-lymphocytes). More marced clinic and immunomodulating effect is reseived in patients with lesser number of rheumatic attacks and in vehicles of antigen HLA DR4.
