Essay

We have made a comparative analysis of history data of 206 patients with respiratory allergosis and 118 children having no diseases of bronchopulmonary system with chronic and recurrent course. There was composed a table of the most informative signs which allowed to prognose the outcome of acute obstructive bronchitis in 116 observed children. There were established the peculiarities of their functional, oxidative and immune status. We have worked out differential rehabilitation programs by using physical factors (respiratory physiotherapy and laser radiation) which allow to enhance antiinflammatory effect and prevent recurrence of bronchoobstructive syndrome in children.
