. During the inspection of 170 children in the age from 2 to 14 years with cerebral palsy for the first time are described features of the myotrophic disorders at a sanatorium stage of treatment. The characteristics of the medical physical factors action on myotrophic disorders are evaluated. The way of myotrophic disorders treatment with using of amplipulse-electrophoresis 1 % solution of oxasyl in a solution of dimetilsulfoxyd in a complex of base sanatorium therapy is developed which raises force and increases a circle of paretic muscles, improves their electroactivity and strengthens metabolic processes in them. It allows to increase efficiency of sanatorium treatment in a whole The remote results of treatment testify about proof therapeutic effect of the developed method on both disease in a whole, and the quality of muscle system functioning as authentic increase of amount of children with easy current of disease and improvement of dynamic characteristics of the muscle system, normalisation of th e proteometabolism.
