Davydenko O. The Evalution of effectiveness ot onganizational and technical preparation of construction and diversification of objects of construction in progress.

Object – Incompleted construction projects (ICP). Purpose – effeciency increase of organizational and technical project definition for ICP completion and diversification. Methods – system approach, analysis, optimization, forecastiong with the help of mathematical methods and computers. Results – integrated effeciency estimate technique for technical decisions and investments with the access vent to market value of ICPs and ICP completion and diversification modellig. Novelty – IPC completion and diversification technique has been developed with many variants of their wing and modelling in conditions of uncertainty and with game theory principle application as well as with considering of recommendation on specific ICPs in Kharkiv city. Realization degree – the technigue has received the practical approval on 5 scientific conferences, at «PromstroiNIIprogect» research institute and in «Zhilstroi-2» stock company .Application sphere – the technique has been approved by »Ukraina» immovable property exchange and it has been proposed to State property Fund of Ukraine.
