Object of research - coal-rock massif interaction with extended pneumoenvelope. The purpose of research - scientific and technical parameters substantiation of the process flowsheets rock pressure operating in the rather thin seams with using support from extended air castors. Methods of research - complex method including: scientific generalization and analysis of technique-technological experience of rather thin robbing; analytical, bench and mine tests of extended air castors for mine pressure operating in breakage faces; study of the geomechanical characteristics and physical processes of rock pressure displaying in longwalls of rather thin steep seams with support application from extended air castors, including a goaf stowing (dry or hydraulic). Theoretical results and novelty - for the first time received dependence's of rocks displacement in steep coal seams breakage faces from force and geometrical parameters of air castors, used as support; For the first Time the stowage material pressure co mpetitions on a side surface of extended air castors on length of breakage face and absolute values of pressure depending on the basic influencing factors - seam thickness, corner of fall, was received; For the first Time established dependencies for tractive efforts, what is necessary for resetting of extended air castors from the basic influencing factors (length of lines of air castors, corner of seam fall, breakage face inclination, watering). Practical results and the novelty - consists in development of the effective process flowsheet of rock pressure operating in longwalls of rather thin steep seams with use of extended air castors as supporting structure, and also mechanized protection of the hydrofilling mass. Subject and degree of introduction - Basic rules and the results of the realized researches are included in Addition to "The technical Project on creation of means and technology of rather thin seams robbing on the base of long-length pneumoenvelope". Range of application is intended at mines a nd R&D institutes of Ministry of Coal Industry and N.A.S. of Ukraine.
