Тhe technique of formalization of the heuristic decomposition procedure of the general task of the organization and planning of a mining-transport complex work is improved. The system synthesis algorithm is also structured. All this above-mentioned allowed to receive the rational composition and structure of the functional part of the complex subsystem. The mathematical models of organizational preparation of production, technical-economic and short-term mining-transport works planning are worked out. The program-methodical maintenance of the starting complex, which has confirmed its efficiency during industrial approbation.
