There are developed in this thesis the scientific-methodical aspects of the organisational - commercial substantiation of commercial stability of operation of motor transportation firm. The mathematical model of correlation of commercial stability of MTF with the factors is developed, that it forms, which ensures transition to setting and problem solving causing an overall performance of firm in data conditions.
