Synthesis temperature and cooling rate variation influence on structure of chalcogenide glassy materials in system As-S, As-S-I, Ge-As-S, Ge-As-Te, Ge-As-S(Se)-I was investigated by direct electron microscope technique. Microstructural tipes of glasses was defined. Short and middle order changes in glassy As2S3 explained by accumulation of located regions containing cis-orianted AsS3/2 structural unit groups.
