The thesis is dedicated to the problem of treatment of the patients with lower limb arterial occlusions by means of direct and indirect revascularisation. On the basis of anatomic and experimental studies, a differential approach to the method of revascularisation, determination of possibility to restore the blood flow in every case was developed.Outcomes of treatment of 306 patients, who underwent surgery after different methods advocates the indirect to revascularisation, in part venous system arterialisation for the limb salvage in this category of patients
