Chujkova V. The legal aspekts of testamentary succession

Object: The problems of legal regulation of inheritance by will, legal nature of will, grounds for emergence of successory legal relations by will, peculiarities of inheritance by will under market conditions. Target: A comprehensive study of inheritance by will relations under market conditions, thoretical substantiation of legislative consolidation of inheritance by will as one of the most important types of inheritance? submission of particular propositions aimed at improvment of Ukrainian law in force. Methods of study are as follows: legal logical, systemic, sociological, comparative legal, statistical. The first comprehensive study in Ukrainian civil law science has been performed devoted to the problems of inheritance by will under market conditions. The conclusions and recommendations as formulated in the dissertation may be used in improverment of the laws of cin scientific research, in trainining process. A monograph is due to be published as well as a special course of lectures prepared dev oted to the law of succession for students. Spheres of application are legislation, scientific research, training process.
