The becessity of prophylaxic of primary hypogalactia by combined application of polarized low energy light and pharmacophytotherapy in young and aged primiparous women having delivered bu means of cesarean section operation has been scientifacally substantiated on the basis of clinical, biochemical and immunilogic methods of investigation. Besides the risk factors of developing primary hypogalactia alfer abdominal delivery have been established taken into account the age peculiarities. All this on the whole has permitted to reduce the frequency of primary hypogalactia in young and aged primiparous women having delivered by abdominal way.
