The thesis is dedicated to functioning of key-words in the world language system in the text of M.Kotsubinsky. There is the new direction in the thesis. New research of the key - words and their classification, investigation has been made. The notions the world language system and the author's language system have been analyzed in the in the thesis. The thesis contains research of the semantics of the key - words in the world language system in the texts of M. Kotsubinsky and the comparison of the translation of the texts of the author in Ukrainian - Russian and Germain languages. Contextual analysis, component and distributive methods of the key - words have been made.
