Dubinin S. Methods of organization of the Machine-Building Enterprise Activity (upon the model joint-stock company NORD)

An object of the research - enterprises of the machine building industry of Ukraine, particularly those of group "NORD". A purpose of the research - to substantiate the general lines for improving the methods of economic management, its organizational-economic mechanism based on the analysis of methods for the organization of enterprises' activities under administrative-planned, market and transition economics, international and domestic practice. Methods and equipment of the research: general scientific methods for the analysis, synthesis, the system approach, the method of scientific abstractions. The parameters of the enterprise's operation were calculated on the basis of the elaborated methods of planning and analysis with the help of computing facilities and special programs worked out by the author. The theoretical and practical significance of the results obtained is the development of some theoretical principles of the industrial business organization with account of environmental inst ability under the transition to various forms of ownership and severe competitive struggle for markets of suppliers and customers. The elaborated methodological basis of improving the production organization creates prerequisites for the further substantiation of new lines in the industrial enterprises' development and their high effective operation. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in working out the methodical principles connected with the enterprise's adaptation to the environmental instability within which the methodical and practical recommendations concerning the principles of building up a system of enterprise management, its policy as to home and external factors, estimating the changes in the efficiency for the long range perspective under the crisis economics are considered, grounded and improved. The scientific novelty of result of the research lies in improving the methods for economic activity organization of industrial business on the basis of taking into consideration al l specific features of the Ukraine's economy under the transition to market relations. The field of application: industrial enterprises of various industrial branches, for personnel training in economic specialities.
