Dissertation is devoted to study of a scientific inheritance of the academician S.S. Dnistryanskiy, ascertaintion of its place in universal development of he Ukrainian jurisprudence. By systematizing various radiants, the author actually for the first time has shown the scientific biography of the academician S.S. Dnisryanskiy. That is obtained new datas on a scale a character is scientific - teaching of activity of the scientist.
