Comparative-legal analysis of the law regulations of foreign investments according to the legislations of Ukraine, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia is carried out. Civil-legal aspects of the regulation of foreign investments and the problems of mutual protection of the rights of property of the investors are investigated. The system of admission of foreign investments, legal status of foreign investors, legal procedure of foreign investments, the peculiarities of legal control of foreign investments in special (free) economic zones are analysed. The types and forms of realization of foreign investments, legal status of the enterprises with foreign investments, daughter enterprises, the peculiarities of cooperative investment activity on the basis of the agreements (contracts) and legal guarantees of protection of foreign investments are revealed.
