Denysova R. "The Right of Intellectual Property to the Work of Science (the authorship and legal aspect)"

The thesis is devoted to the research of the legal essence of the work of science as an object of the right of intellectual property and the problems of legal regulation of the relations arising in the process of its creation and usage. Definition of the work of science as an object of authorship and legal protection has been formulated. The system connection of the work of science as an odject of copyright with the objects of adjoining institutes of the right of intellectual property has been analysed in this work. The indications which are necessary for the definition of the work of science as one made for hire has been exposed by the author. The author has proposed the concept of the legal regime and developed the contractual forms of usage of the work of science, made for hire. The propositions aimed at the perfection of the legislation in force of the Ukrain in the field of regislation of the relations, connected with the process of creation and usage of the work of science have been formulated .
