Complex clinical and paraclinical examination was carried out in 640 women with infertility on a level with estimation of their uterus state and appendages by invasive and noninvasive methods. Anatomical and funcional violations of small pelvis organs were revealed. For the first the method of coloured thermography and thermohydrotubation was used to elicit a fact of infertility. Doppler metric monitoring of bleeding speed was put into practice in uterine and ovary arteries as diagnostic marker of funcional uterus and ovary state of women with broken reproducing fuction. Comparative estimatiom of diagnostics for roentgenological, endoscopic, echographic and thermovisional methods of examination was done. On its grounds the algorithms of consecutive investigation by stage of the women with infertility were elaboreted. It was realized with the invasive and noninvasive mefhods of diagnostics taking into account the infertility state which permits to determinate the main and accessory caises of i nfertility and to prescibe an adeguate pathogenously substantiated therapy.
