Lubenkova N. Optimization of the results of cryosurgical treatment of background and precancer uterine cervix diseases tacking into account accompanying infection of genital tract.

243 cases of background and precancer diseases including mainly pseudoerosions, endocervicoses, sometimes combining with leukoplakia and dysplasia have been studied. All women were cryotreated on the pathology of uterine cervix, the recommendations on its conducting technique have been given. 52 patients were treated by means of traditional methods (control group). In 35 cases (67,3%) a complete healing of erosions was obtained. Insufficient treating effect often was stipulated by the aggravation of provoked by cryoeffect latent infection. Its eff iciency occured to be higher - recovering in 178 observations (93,1%, Р0,005) in comparison with traditional therapy, terms of healing on the place of cryonecroses reduced and a complete epithelization of uterine cervix occurred, the number of relapses decreased, the terms reduced and the quality of sexual infections treatment improved, sanation of married couples from sexual infections occurred, having a great not only medical, but and social value.
