A differen variants of the functional state of a systemic hemodynamics were described with help of the claster analysis method after operations of the valve replacement and after aorta-coronary arteries bypass grufting. Casual consequential tipes of a mutual transition of a different hemodynamic status were studied. The influence of a different hemodynamic states factors (acute insufficiency of a cerebral blood circulation) on the main indices of blood circulation and systemic oxygen transport in an early postoperative period was examined.This permitted to create a tactical haracteristics fo decision making in therapy.
