The research object is optic-electronic parallel methods and means of image logic-temporary processing. The research aim is the optoelectronic multifunctional effective receptions realization for adaptive methods and means submission and image parallel processing in logic-temporary base development. The researches methods and equipment are analytical, experimental, personal computer and measuring devices. The theoretical and practical results are the next. The mathematical model of logic-temporary data submission has been developed. The methods and means of images characteristic signs (outlines, segments etc.) determination have been offered. The set of specialized higt-speed means has been developed. These means was developed at the multylayr logic-temporary base. They function in real time. The introduction novelty is confirmed by the Ukraine patents. The introduction range - within a branch. The introduction branch is information perception, processing and visualization systems.
