Polozenko P. Complex estimate of traffic light regimes at crossings.

Researches a complex method of estimate was elaborated. And on the basis of the above mentioned method it was worked up a methodology of perfection of transport streams at regulated crossings control technologies. The worked out technology allows to receive quantitative estimate of traffic light regulation regimes' quality, to perfect regimes of traffic light regulation, to substantiate and to calculate regimes of traffic light regulation on "separate directions",to estimate offered for realization traffic engineering schemes from the point of providing the necessary level of traffic safety at the stage of projecting, to automate the process of traffic light objects' designing.
