VASYLYShYN R. Clinico-morphologic basing of treatment optimization methods in case of stomach peptic ulcer.

The dissertation is devoted to the problems of peptic ulcer of stomach in patients of different age groups and experimental animals - rats. The analysis of peptic ulcer of stomach spreading among population and the condition of clinico-organizing measures concerning providing of diagnostic and medical services in out-patient and in-patient departments was investigated in this research. Data about etiologic influence to the mentioned pathology and its complication have been expounded. Comparative description of efficiency of its treatment with the help of resectional and saveorganic methods has been made. Quantitative data about positive effect in regeneration of ulcerative defect in connection with 0.1% solution of dalarginum with low-frequency radiation into biologically active foci and Zakharin - Head area were demonstrated. The basic results of dissertation will be useful for surgeons and gastroenterologists.
