Оn the basis of clinicostatistical, echographic, bacteriological, immunologic and morphologic methods the necessity of prophylaxis of intraamnial and puerperal infection by local application of miramistine in premature fetal membranes rupture on the background of imcomplite pregnancy has been clinically and scientiffically substantiated. Besides the frequebcy, terms and risk factors of developing premature fetal membranes rupture in incomplete pregnancy have been established. All this on the whole permits to improve the results of delivery in these women.
