Present dissertation devotes learing the problems of improvement of the social defence of Ukrainian people in an agrarian sector in the transitional period. A modern state's analysis and the tendencies of a social defense's the development made in present dissertation, including agriculture analysis. Present dissertation considers an order of forming and using Pension fund's means, Fund of socil insurance and Fund of assistance beeing busy of population. The main point and sence of a social defence makes the information more exact in an agrarian and socil - work relations in present dissertation. The peculiarities of forming the mechanism of employment in an agrarian sector and agricultural industry complex are exposed in the transitional period. The ways of improvements of modern system in a socil defence and more effective using means for socil needs are proposed in present dissertation.
