Nosenko O. Clinicomorphogical diagnosis of intrauterine endometriosis.

The hysterosalpingography, sonography, hysteroscopy possibilities in the diagnosis of in-trauterine endometriosis and corresponding specific instrumental markers were revealed on the basis of study and comparison of clinical, instrumental data of patients' investigation with this desease and histological investigation results of corresponding operative materials. The cli-nicomorphogical parallels in patients with intrauterine endometriosis in different periods of woman' life and with its different clinicomorphogical forms were traced. The miometrium's hysteroscopic needle biopsy device was worked. The method of intrauterine endometriosis diag-nosis with the using of miometrium's hysteroscopic needle biopsy, preliminary transvaginal sono-graphy and simultaneous transabdominal sonography was worked. The morhofunctional pecu-liarities of eutopic endometrium, endometriotic heterotopias and ovaries depending on clini-comorphogical form of this desease and periods of woman' life were studied. The role of intra-uterine endometriosis.in the development of uterus' combined benign pathology was cleared up.
