Essay

The subject of the research: leading educstional establishments, central and local bodies of education authorities, accreditation bodies and structures. The purpose of the research: development of scientific and methodical foundations of accreditation process and practical recommendations aimed at the formation of organizational and economical mechanism of accreditation of educational establishments of different types and forms of property. Methods of the research: theoretical search, prognosticational and deductive methods, logical and inductive method, system analysis, structural and functional method, imherative diagnostic method, prognosticational pracsimetrical method. Theoratical and practical results: methodological foundations of organizational economic mechanism of accreditation of educational establishments of different types and property forms have been formed; the criteria of estimation of the world accreditation systems have been revealed as well as the trends of development of national an d foreign models of accreditation; theory-based principles and stimulating functions and specific features of the accreditation process, strategy of its further development; recommendations to legal regulation of accreditation process and perfection of the State accreditation commission's structure, activities and its expert boards, trade boards of lisensing and accreditation of highed educational establishments and a package of working documents. Scientific novelty lies in the development of methodological principles for establishing the organizational and economical mechanizm of accreditation of innovative types of educational structures of Ukraine on the basis of the analysis of essential peculiarities of accreditation both in the countries with the developed economy and countries with the transfered economy. The main concepts and recommendations are introduced into the work of the State accreditation commission of Ukraine and its expert boards, trade boards of lisensing and accreditation of higher educati onal establishments; the regional expert centres of lisensing and attestation of the educational structures of different types and property forms, education authority bodies, Board of lisensing and accreditation of Ministry of education of Ukraine and the State Inspection of educational establishments.
