Heat-and- mass exchange processes in a stack of products actively ventilated by a cold air are theoretically investigated. A scientific substantiation of thе optimum regimes for e vegetables product cold storage has been given. Heat transfer and heat stability of the protective construcrion of a storage chamber have been theoretically studied. Investigation in the heat- transfer processes in the main elements of a colling chamber system have been carried out and the technique for a dynamic optimization of a cooling system has been developed.
