Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of dynamic surface tension (DST) of biological liquids (blood serum, urine, synovial liquid) in patients with psoriasis using computerized tensiometers MRT-1 and MRT-2 (Lauda, Germany). DST of biological liquids was studied under various variants of psoriasis course. The dependence of DST parameter values of biological liquids on the patient's gender, clinical variant of the disease, presence of skin manifestations, nail lesion degree was determined. A correlation between DST parameters and protein-lipid surfactants of the blood serum was found. On the basis of DST values differential-prognostic criteria of the development and course of psoriasis were worked out. The DST indices used to control and prognosticate the efficacy of further therapy in women and men suffering from psoriasis with joint lesions and without psoriatic arthritis were defined.
