The thesis has been devoted revealing and researching the main prerequisitses and appropriateness of the development of a palace-park building in Volyn in the latter half of the XUIII-XIX th centuty. In the thesis for the first time the formation pricess of palace-park ensemble in Uolyn has been retraced as a spatially-regulated integrity wich has been arisen as a result of the effect of number of a factors of a social-ecinimic and aesthetic-cultural aspect. It has been assertained that the ensemble erection and construction has become a brand-new phenomenon in a residental building as a hole. The candidate for a degree was added a greate number of primary sources found by her to the available facts.
