Essay

There has been worked out the mathematical model of cased hole sidetracking technology through the casing "window" based on using the lanned initial side hole drilling angle. There have been devised the methods of computation of "window" kength and selection of optimal parameters of whipstock, reamer mill, BPDS for cutting the "window" in casing and sidetracking. There have been suggested the new designs of three-plane whipstock, spherical reamer mill and eccentric blade stage drill bit for underreaming, classification of side holes profiles, criteria and recommendations for selection of well designs with side hole. There have been computed the values of top admissible, initial sidetracking angles. There has been used the possibility of sidehole dy means of liner dia. 114,3 mm in flow string dia. 146 mm.
