Institute of Presidency of Ukraine as a set of constitutional and law standards. Its content, law nature and development perspectives are investigated. Historical aspect and theoretical approaches to the notion of Institute of Presidency is analysed. Elements of institute of presidency are described and its analysis is made on grounds of current legislation in force.There are some propositions on improvement current legislation standards and adoption of new legislative acts.
