Terlets'kyj V. Treatment of necrotizing pancreatitis by using the "open" surgical method - dynamic omentopancreatostomy.

The thesis was aimed at the improvement of the results surgical of acute necrotizing pancreatitis surgical treatment. The complex clinico-morphological, laboratory, instrumental examinations and treatment of 174 patients with severe necrotizing pancreatitis were performed.Data obtained were used to develop and substantiate the complex treatment algorithm determing the taking turns, optimum terms and volume of conservative and surgical medical measures depending on the stage and clinical course peculiarities of severe necrotizing pancreatitis. It was also developed the modified technique of "open" abdominal treatment - dynamic omentopancreatostomy. Besides, the positive influence of intravenous laser blood irradiation on these results and its immunocorrecting effect were shown.
