Patients (105) with acute surgical pathology of abdominal cavity organs, complicated with peritonitis. The dissertation is devoted to the problems of estimation study of severity and prognosing of course of acute surgical pathology of abdominal cavity organs, complicated with diffuse peritonitis regarding immune status and also selection of effective immunocorrection on the base of received results. Pathogenetic mechanisms lying on the base of transition of compensated varients of immune status disturbance into decompensated in patients with diffuse peritonitis were revealed with the help of statistical analysis. The new effective and safe method of immunocorrection has been worked out - autocytocinotherapy; the ways of autocytocine introducing were improved.
