. The thesis is dedicated to development of treatment methods for the patients with the early syphilis by procaine penicillin in combination with benzatin penicillin, and also by phenoxymethylpenicillin in view of clinic, pathogenesis of the disease and pharmacotheraputic properties of these medications.The clinical features and character of current early syphilis in patients living in various zones are investigated. Certain pharmacokinetic properties of procain penicillin and benzatin penicillin, and also phenoxymethylpenicillin at treatment of the patients with syphilis were determined of the patients. The new effective and convenient methods of treatment of the patients by the early forms of syphilis are develiped.New criteria for an estimation of their efficiency are proposed
