Bocharnikov D. Sosial and state system of Kiev Rus in historic inheritance of M.Grushevsky

New position of Ukraine as on independent state puts in new perspective problems which came from our historical part. Their very existence was discussed by many ukrainian scientists. Among them is M.Grushevsky, outstanding historical and political figure of the end of XIX beginning of XX centures, Kiev Rus took an important part in the history of Ukraine. Kiev Rus was viewed not only as a country, but as a state as well. The main aim of the dissertation is to find and to systematize M.Grushevsky's ideal of social and state system of Kiev Rus, paying special attention to the information which was given in the first three volumes of “The History Ukraine-Russy” written by him. Historical method, scientific methods of analyzing and synthesizing, the method of comparison and other scientific methods were used. M.Grushevsky's ideas on social and state system of Kiev Rus found is systematization in the dissertation. This system helps to understand the ways of state development not only in ancient but in mode rn time as well. This importation is of great importance for jurists (representatives of low professions). An a tempt was made to scope problems which created certain difficulties and slaved down the process of eastern slavs state evolution. The special stress in on connection between history and low science. The results of this research may be applied to scientific work and teaching. Publication of dissertation related articles is planned.
