Zhebrovs'ka A. Early diagnostic and treatment of peretonitis after cesarian section

Dissertation is held questions of early diagnostic and treatment of obstetric postoperative peritonitis. Clinical investigations was held on 104 woman. In work develop new way in early diagnostic and treatment of peritonitis after cesarian section, in base of which lay complex of method with using clinic-biochemical methodics of investigations and computer monitoring. In first was studied clinical flow of postoperative period after cesarian section with estimation by matematic way information price of some symptoms and signs. Was established biochemical parameters of endotoxicosis in normal flow of postoperative period after cesarian section and in postoperative peritonitis. Proposed methods of treatment of this complications are large complex of conservative and surgical treatment steps, which is added each other and based on patogenesis of peritonitis. High effisiensy of proposed treatment steps on early diagnostic and treatment of obstetric postoperative peritonitis was prouved in practics. The base results of work was used in obstetric and gynecologic departments and clinics.
