Оn the basis of clinicomicrobiological and immunological methods the necessity of increasing efficiency of prophylaxic and treatment of wound infection in obstetric by using the drugs and physical factors of action is clinically and scientifically substantiated. In addition the methods of controlling the course of wound infection are proposed. All this on the whole permitted to reduce the frequency and to increase the efficiency of treatment of infected obstetric injuries of labor tract soft tissues.
