Vasylenko Y. Choice of method of operative treatment at perforated ulcers of stomach or duodenum in conditions of peritonitys

The work is protected, in which are offered and is scientific the criteria of a choice of a method of operative treatment are resonable at perforated ulcers of a stomach or duodenum in conditions of peritonitys. The interrelation between by clinical displays, changes of activity katepsyn-D of whey of blood and morfometrical by parametrs of parietal peritoneum (relative specific volume of red blood cells and density distribution of white blood cells) is investigated. On the basis of the mathematical analysis of results of research the objective criteria of the forecast of desease both choice of volume and character of operative treatment are developed. Use of the given criteria has allowed to increase qantity radical operative interferences, to achieve the gerater number of the excellent and good remote results at low parameters of mortalety. The studyy of clinical efficiency of the developed approach on 117 patients by perforated ulcers, has shown its high effeciency reasonable necessity of application .
