The dissertation is devoted to development of the scientifically substantiated mini-production projection methods of light industry, connected with creation of integrated system "mini knitted-sewing manufacture (m-KSM) - ISO standard of series 9000", which forms a quality management system (QMS) enterprises of small business in light industry. Theoretical fundamentals based on the modified Deming cycles and statistic models for different Deming cycle components are developed for QMS designing.It has been developed the following: desigming methods of modified Deming cycles, for which three quality entropy hypotheses are formulated;methods of system analysis and quality synthesis on the basic system stages of "m-KSM- ISO standard of series 9000";construction methods of statistic quality models during the production stage of goods m-KSM;new method of quantitative quality estimation of stockinet linens and knitted sewing wares on the base of decrement decreasing.The high efficiency of the offered me thods is grounded theoretically and practically confirmed.
