Safety of the subjects of criminal process, system of measures, which ensure it, remedial order of application of called measures, and also those public attitudes (relations), which in this connection arise, are changed and cease. To create conceptual fundamental for development of the theory of a safety of the subjects of criminal process and to introduce the offers on improvement of the current legislation, plans and educational programs of training of personnel. Methods of a research are dialectic, historical - legal, rather - legal, structurally functional, formal - logic, sociological. For the first time in Ukraine the development of conceptual bases of the theory of a safety of the subjects of criminal process is carried out; The new scientific direction in a research of problems of a guard of main human values, creation of conditions, stipulated by the law, both state legal warranties of a duly and good-quality realization of professional authorities by the workers of judicial and law-enforceme nt organs, other participants of criminal process is generated. The conclusions, formulated in a thesis, and recommendations can be used in work of law-enforcement organs, which conduct struggle with criminality, legislative activity, educational process, research work.
