Subjects of investigation: system "man - automobile - outer word". The aim of the work are workmines method long-run forecasting of traffic on high ways. The method of investigation are method of evolution probability of model. Equipment - control measuring, personal computer. Theoretical and practical outcomes: the mathematical model of forecasting of velocity of traffic on highways and the model of evolution system "man - automobile - outher word" This work suggest to model the evolution system at the organizational stage that allows to use the language the models. Fo give a qualitative estimation of system "man - automobile - outher word". When they are "closed" it is offered to use the law of preservation of entropy. When an system "man - automobile - outher word" is closed, evolution of the state of system components will be developing in the direction of transition from actual organization towards normal one. The work describes the prognostication of velocity of traffic and the prognostication o f social necessary velocity of the system "man - automobile - outher word".
