Essay

Patients with multiple sclerosis (MS). To establish the distinctions of vegetative reactivity in the patients with MS at the time of hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) and to determine their interconnection with clinical peculiarities of the disease. The methods of investigation were clinical, paraclinical, mathematical and statistic. The changes of vegetative regulation during a rate and session of the barotherapy in dependence on effectiveness of treatment are investigated. Two types of the reactivity to medical hyperoxy and forerunners of pathogenic effect of hyperbaric oxygen in the patients with MS are revealed for the first time. The inculcation of worked up method allowed to realize the individual approach to determination of regime HBO. Neurology and HBO is the purview of employment.
