Musiyenko G. Aging rate featuring in patients with Parkinson disease in according with biome values.

Dissertation is dedicated to estimation of aging rate featuring whole organism and some functional system particularly in patients with Parkinson disease by using biome values. In this work has been shown the dependence of aging rate on calendar age and on disease duration. There has been given an estimation of some geroprotector (thimalin) and neuroprotector (parlodel) drugs influence on bioage in patients with Parkinson disease. It has been establish that bioage values which characterize aging rate in patients with Parkinson disease is higher then in whole population. Aging rate in middle aged patients with Parkinson disease is more accelerated then one in aged patients. The longer disease duration the more accelerated aging rate is in patients with Parkinson disease. The course therapy with geroprotector (thimalin) and neuroprotector (parlodel) drugs added to pathogenic background therapy of Parkinson disease has caused positive influence on bioage the patients. These data allow to consider the drug s advisable for their including in treatment scheme of the patients.
