Linda S. Style and architectural-compositional aspects of Lviv architecture development during historismus period in the 19th - the 20th cen.

Presented in the dissertation, proved that a complex picture of Lviv architecture development of historismus epoch has not yet been created. General scientific methods as well as specially designed technique of the style architectural-compositional analysis were applied. The comparative analysis of the processes of architecture development in the studied period and the progressive general European tendencies allowed to detect the peculiarities of Lviv lines of architecture development during the historismus period. Analytical survey of Lviv architecture development in the 20th cen. made it possible to show the importanse of the historismus epoch for the processes characteristic of the following stages of Lviv architecture development.
