The thesis contains the results of diagnostyks reasons surgical and conservativ treatment also prophylacty of diseases of artificial esophagus the use of the method of 168 patients with chemical born of esophagus. Analyzed causes of peptic diseases and mechanism of gastric content reflux into transplantat different types of anastomosis formation including intrasecal one have been compared with each other. Artificial colonic oesophageal diseases are still one of the less studied problem in oesophageal restorative surgery. Thus ACD morphologic studies it is functional disorders were studies different terms after coloesophagoplasty. Gastric and ACD pH dynamics and it s implication one ACD pH diseases appearence were studies at different terms after surgery. Original surgical and conservative strategies were developed and applicated. The developed technigues of antireflux stomach to neoesofagus anastomosis constraction decreased the ACO reflux - oesophagitis rate 3 types. Application of the obtained result s in clinical practice decreased the terms of medical and social reabilitation of the patients with chemical burns of the oesophagus from 7 to 4,5 monthes and letality up to 1,5 times.
