Nikonova O. The efficiency of bronchologycal methods of diagnostics and treatment of acute respiratory failure in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of rise of efficiency of treatment of acute respiratory failure (ARF) in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD) in a way of immunity's state of respiratory system's study and methodical working out of single - minded correction of breaches which appear in it. The bronchologycal methods of diagnostics of ARF are shown in this work, which give an opportunity to define the inflammatory changes' level in the tracheobronchial tree and degree of oppression of specific and non-specific mechanisms of organs' defence of respiration organs. The method of tracheobrochial immunomodulation therapy which was worked out and inculcated to the clinic practice was directed to the correction of anti-infections oppressions and immunity reaction of respiratory system. The use of this method gives the opportunity to lower the lethality in patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis and bronchial asthma by 5% and duration of treatment by 2,3 and 2,6 days accord ingly.
